confusion.

THE CRY OF A BABY
When a baby cries in
the confines of the home – the mother knows what to do by responding [RESPONSE]
to the cry. This is the instinctive thing to do.

THE RATTLE OF A SNAKE

Imagine hearing the
rattle of a snake or the barking of a dog – the rapid succession of short, sharp, sounds –
your senses are automatically triggered to respond i.e. flight | fright | fight
Hearing is a complex process of picking up sound
[vibrations/ inspiration/ commotion] and interpreting these sounds based on the
individuals’ personality, positioning, problems and even perception which are
innately developed over time or heard/ seen at some other times through our
exposures, experiences and engagements. Without the ability to hear we may not
be able to understand and in turn respond to the agitations of the world around
us. Hearing from the physiological point of view deals largely with the
production of sound and it transmission but most importantly the reception of
sound [how do you hear what you hear?]  
SO HOW DO YOU HEAR? The Human Ability to HEAR:
–       Spatial localization i.e. quite accurately locate the sound
of the sound i.e. where it is coming from
–       Cocktail Party Effect: ability to tune in and out of conversations
at will in a crowding noisy room
–       Detect Changes in sound / vibrations i.e. when the sudden sense the phone
ring even when it is on silence or when you hear the sudden switching of the
air conditioner all of a sudden
THE SOUNDS/ VIBRATIONS
i.e. frustration, confusions, manipulation, masturbation [oops!!!] I
mean musterbation [Google It] are actually messages for our actions.
TO H.E.A.R. YOU MUST
DECLUTTER:
In a bid to find our
voice we must hear intently and clearly declutter the noise [around and within]
from the message in a bid to find our rhythm. Do you know that it is possible
to plant similar seeds at different locations and have different outputs – the
critical reason for this is not about the seed [which is equally important] but
the mind [soil] that the seed is planted on? So what needs to be done like a
good farmer would do:
Harrow your mind – like the farmers does its soil-
break up clods and root up weeds [distractions]
Exercise /Engage your mind – by planting some of the
seeds and taking time to nurture
Apply yourself to your discoveries
– the pains you need to respond to, the situations you need to change and the
problems you need to solve.
Respond positively – as a
mother would to the cry of her baby – or a man to the rattle of a snake.
THOSE WHO HAVE FOUND THEIR VOICE – usually HEARD i.e. HELPED
EVERYONE ACHIEVE RESULTS DIFFERENTLY. So the key is to H.E.A.R. –
Help Everyone Achieve Results. Just like Bill Gates keeps
doing, Mandela, Mother Theresa, Maya Angelou, Gandhi,
Muhammed Buhari, Apple, Samsung, Mamaput [i.e a canteen
in the Nigerian parlance]
Finally in closing  is an ancient text for your edification –
solid food is for full-grown men/women, for those whose senses and mental faculties
are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally
good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law.
