I
am Sally Sia Rama. Am kind, passionate about making a difference to people’s
life in one way or another, determined, adventurers, social, love to cook and
bake, dance and love art. I enjoy hiking, dancing and hiking. I am God fearing
and volunteer in several departments in our church such as the children
ministry. I have work in the hospitality industry for a long time, and since I
left over 7 years ago, God blessed me in different industries, to learn what
they are, I am so grateful about the experience I am gathering.

 WHAT FUELS ME?

RESPECT:
God
created all people, and created them differently for reasons and purpose we may
not understand. Regardless of how we perceive other people to be, they are
God’s creations, and it God’s will for us to show respect to everyone. Ever since I was
young there is one thing my Mother instilled in our lives, respect of the
elders and anyone senior or younger to you. Respect cuts through not only at
home, but also how we handle the eternal environment. People at our job place,
people we meet every day.
FAITH
Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things
will happen. As a Christian faith in healing, prayer, in others and hope.
Dealing with people we have to have faith in them and not judge them for little
things they do. I am a believer in that and always look at a different way of
how things will work with faith.
PASSION
This is your dream or hobby. We always have to give our best in
everything we do. No one can take our dreams even when they try to.  I can confess in this totally I have followed
my dreams until the time it is shattered, by the negative words.
MY TOP THREE ROLE MODELS:
 My three role models are:
i)                 
My Mother: she has also
been there for me, my dad died when I was 6 years. Ever since then I knew no
one apart from my Mother. When growing up, she used to disciple us so much and
wanted the best out from us. I didn’t want at one point ever wanted to cross
her part. Today I am so grateful for the life lessons that I went through with
her.
ii)               
Margaret Kenyatta: She is
well know as the First lady of the Republic of Kenya and wife to the President
of Kenya, In her other life she is a diamond in many women’s hearts. Her
campaigns Beyond Zero and sport involvement. She has really inspired me a lot;
she is humble, soft spoke and a good listener.
iii)            
Richard Branson: He is a
well known entrepreneur who built his business from the garage of their house,
he didn’t finish school at the time to follow his dreams, today he is among the
billionaires in the world, some thing about him he is not a show off or
discriminate among people, his employees. Richard Branson has really inspired
my and to know that dreams are valid.
IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS…..
In the next 5 years I see myself
running a big Sports Marketing and event planning company, working closely with
women and youth. Advocate in fitness and nutrition, which I will give back to
the society to help the needy from, the slum area especially they also have a
to get a chance in society.
THE
AFRICAN WOMAN’S CHALLENGE:
For the longest time women are best
know for being in the home, to take care of their family. She was not given the
chance to out shine her self, even when they want to work; they are given the
less challenging job.  Some women will
run their family and start looking for money to feed her family through chamas
and other ways.
WHAT I
DO TO RELAX:
Running, Hiking, dancing, travelling and listen to music either
of the mentioned helps me to unwind totally

VISION
Women should be celebrated and empowered everyday of our lives,
they are the pillar of societies and key player the economical growth in our
Nations. Women have great ideas; we should continue to empower the up coming
generations to continue to follow footsteps.
MY
AFRICAN UNION PLANS:
Sports and fitness, sports and fitness
bring together many people. I would like to communicate to my sisters through
sports and fitness. Sports will bring peace among communities what at war.
Educate them about the non-communicable diseases and how to stay health.
FINAL WORDS OF ADVICE:
African women arise, don’t to be
afraid to follow your dreams. We are very good managers we show this examples
in our home. Let’s be our sisters’ keeper and stop being enemies between each.
Let work together and raise this big village we have.
