December 27th, 2016 at exactly 3.34pm – the
clock stopped ticking for me – I was involved in a ghastly motor accident
alongside my family. At that instance it was silence – the ripple had seized it
was over!!! …………….. and then I
was awakened by mutterings, musings, whispers, screams and prayers. My wife
gave me a brief of my sojourn; she told me how I laid unconscious for more than
10 minutes, she prayed and proclaimed in strange thoughts yet all I could
remember was the doctors sewing me up – Alas!
I had been given another chance to right the wrongs, to stir up the
hornet’s nest, to close the ranks and possibly bridge the gap. I am alive and
yet again to start off another ripple!!!

Effects. It is a year to create a conscious cascading effort to effect positive
changes likened to throwing pebbles in water thus provoking an initial state
followed by outwards incrementally ripples. This is the essence of being
Phenomenal…. becoming ripples or creating ripples by taking small concerted
positive actions.
