Oladoyin Taiwo, a vibrant young woman in business, is
the CEO Delatour Consulting Limited now known as (Profit with Doyin). She has
an MBA in Marketing from Keller School of Management, Chicago IL USA and a B.Sc
in Mass Communication from Covenant University, Ota Nigeria. She is a member of
Sigma Beta Delta, an International Honour Society recognizing and promoting
achievement in business, management and administration.
Before launching into her entrepreneurial journey, Doyin
worked as a brand/marketing executive for HITV Limited, Nigeria where she
resigned from to further her education in 2010. Thereafter, she attended House
of Tara makeup school where she trained as a makeup artist, and followed the ambition
for 4 years with her then business namely Beautiful U Makeovers.
She moved on to Chicago in 2011 to pursue an MBA in
marketing. During her stay in Chicago, she went on to intern at KingsWord
International Church where she served in different capacities,  including head of department of the children’s
ministry.    
Doyin is a prolific public speaker and an aspiring
author. She has facilitated a number of trainings on the aspect of entrepreneurship
and brand development. She ventured fully into business in 2015 and has worked
on business strategy for small businesses, personal brand management for female
entrepreneurs and social media positioning for individuals transitioning into
entrepreneurs.
Oladoyin recently hosted the maiden edition of “The
Lady and her Brand” themed “The Evolving Woman.” at the Four Points by
Sheraton, Lagos. The annual conference is targeted at professional, business
and career women in transition. It aims at helping individuals build capacity
for national development.   
Stemming from her passion to help people excel, she
organises workshops and conferences to help people, especially women build
capacity for economic growth.  
WHAT
FUELS ME?
The
top on the list will be GOD.
1.    
Growing up, I always had a desire to serve God. At a
young age, I remember going with an aunty to Good News Baptist Church’s Sunday
school every Sunday. And I loved every moment till I went on to secondary
school where I explored Islam till 100 level in the University when I gave my
life to Christ on the 13th of February, 2003. That changed the game
for me as I began to develop a relationship with God.
2.    
The desire to live a purposeful life and die empty.
I believe there is no point living without intentionally impacting the lives of
those in my generation and beyond.
3.    
Lastly, the desire to help others excel in life and
to hear God say; “Child, well done.” At the end of it all living a life that
glorified my father in heaven.

MY GREATEST INFLUENCE:
The
first of course is Jesus. He lived, loved and gave the ultimate sacrifice for
me to live a superior life beyond my abilities and human comprehension.
Next
on this list, will be Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Tabernacle. I
actually got born again under his ministry back in college and since then, I
have learnt a lot from his ministry.
In
addition to that, life and everything in between never ceases to influence my
world view. I love seeing women go above and beyond limitations to achieve
great strides in life.    
MY TOP THREE ROLE MODELS:
I
have learnt from many women on my journey in life. And I am still learning…but,
if I have to choose, I will say my mother; her desire to see her children
thrive is inspiring. The others will be Terri Savelle Foy and Aisha Duke
amongst many others on my long list.
IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS…..
Hmm,
the next 5 years: Top on my list is to be happily married with my 3 children.
Grow my business to a reputable house hold name. To host “The Evolving Woman”
with over 1,000 women in attendance in Nigeria and the U.S. Looking to have
completed my PHD in management and leadership development. All things been
equal make the Forbes Africa list of Change Agents and authored at least 5 of
my books.
 
THE
AFRICAN WOMAN’S CHALLENGE:
One
of the biggest challenges African Women have to contend with is themselves. I
am a firm believer that we can achieve anything we want with the backing of
God. But the only limitation is that which we put on ourselves. The moment we
start changing the inner narrative of who we are and help others on their
journey of becoming all that they should be, we will become limitless. For any
woman in Africa, who desires to be great, she has to keep her gaze on making
the life of others better than how she met them. 
WHAT I DO TO RELAX:
I
love to read, travel to new places, play games on my Ipad and watch
movies.

To
live a fulfilled life, I believe every woman should be inspired, and when they
go out to slay, they should be celebrated. And this can only happen if they are
empowered. That’s what I look to deliver to women of all ages at any given
opportunity with my voice and platforms. I am an inspired woman designed to
inspire others per excellence. 
MY AFRICAN UNION PLANS:
In
line with the mission of “The African Union”, I will say my desire is to
continuously add value through information and knowledge, sharing to the women
in my sphere of influence and beyond as the opportunities call.
FINAL
WORDS OF ADVICE:
In recent times, I am beginning to learn that the only thing
standing between you and your dreams are your fears…and it takes only a God
given courage and confidence to walk in the actuality of those dreams. With an
understanding that the moment we begin to give permission to our light to
shine, we give out the power for others to fulfill purpose.  Therefore,
let your light so shine!
