My name is Winifred Kwentua-Aboderin,
a Nigerian from Delta state, I speak English, Ibo, Yoruba and Spanish. Am a
Barrister and Solicitor of FRN, with practice experience both local and
international, am also a Business Strategist.
WHAT FUELS ME?
Determination: From a very young age,
I always knew where I wanted to be and who I wanted to be and despite all the
challenges life has thrown at me, am glad am on the path I want to be. I lost
my dad when I was 15 at 18 I found myself having to care and provide for both
my mom and I, this has lead me to various careers, from frying poff poff on the
street at Akoka area of Lagos, to petty trading, then event management, running
a modeling agency, Legal practice, curriculum development, school ownership and
today a successful but still moulding Business Strategist.
Fearless: This is an attribute my
father instilled in me, he always said ‘The only fear you should have is the
fear of God’ as only he gives and can take. My life experiences have taught me
to be continually bold and fearless and this has helped me surmount many
mountains as am a firm believer in there is nothing I cannot do and no mountain
I can’t climb.
Unique: I strive to be unique in all I
do as I believe that the key to success is daring to be different, I believe so
much in being disruptive this is evidenced in my style from my early years,
when I used to fry poff poff, I would add nutmeg, sometimes pepper and onion
and it differentiated me from others a great deal.
MY GREATEST INFLUENCE:
A friend Adenike Adeoye-Soyemi, her
kindness and humility are attributes that have and continually amaze me about
her from our days in OAU as classmates. She taught me selflessness.

awareness and training will assist in curing this ill and am always available
to provide mentorship and training.
