Hansatu is guided by her personal mission statement which is to positively inspire, impact and invest in lives. She is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Abuja with a Master in Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands.

She has a collective 20-years experience in Banking, Administration, Events Management and Team Building Consulting.

She is currently the Executive Director of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ). She is a United Kingdom Certified Trainer, Associated Stress Consultant and Life Coach.

Hansatu is a Training Partner with Business School Netherlands International and Training Associate with Howes Consulting Group in Lagos.

She has further served in numerous team and leadership roles in a volunteer capacity for over 20 years. Mrs. Adegbite is a Member of Team Building Providers Worldwide and a Member of the International Association of Teamwork Facilitators. She is a mentor for a number of reputable organizations
